Norah is One Year Old Today!

Yes, our Miss Belle is One year Old Today! How time does Fly! It feels like she was just born last week. But nope, it was a whole year ago. She was so small back then, Six pounds seven ounces, however, fast forward to now, she is 18 pounds and growing daily! Our little chunk....SO CUTE!

A little bit of information to catch you up on our little darling, Norah has her Eight front Teeth and can say Mama, Dada, Hello, and has said Bye Bye, but only once or twice. She can tell you what a dog can say say....woof.....very quietly. It's pretty cute if I do say so myself. She can blow you a kiss and play peek-a-boo with you. She can sign the word more....that is when SHE wants to so, and is she is walking along everything like the walls, the couch and anything she can hold on to. She will be walking solo Very soon!

She actually LOVES her Big sister, Amelia can do no wrong in her little eyes. I'ts sweet and scary all in one. She watches EVERYTHING Amelia does and just follows her all around the house. Amelia doesn't really seem to mind much (well most of the time that is), she love Norah too.

We had her Big Party today, it was a very cold and snowy day here...in fact some people couldn't even make it and others had a pretty rough time. The temps are in the single digits and it feels negative 15 or colder. Winds are blowing roads shut and the snow is coming down. But we still had a house full and a happy one year old!

We ordered a Cup cake, Pull apart cake from Target...if you haven't ever bought a cake from Target.....Do it some time...Oh my goodness do they have wonderful cakes! Bryan made a Chocolate Trifle and we had just a few snacks and drinks. It was small and simple, yet very nice for her.

Here are a few photos from the day!

First of all her One year couch shot.
Happy Birthday.
The tasty cake.
Family shot.Opening gifts, she really received so super nice things.

Cake Time, singing happy Birthday to her here.
Blowing out the Candle. It was a group effort.

Um, Very Yummy!
Rhiley was there....Look how cute, she looks.
Maggie came too.....she slept though most of the party. :)

This is just a cute shot from last night, Jake and Gracie came over for a while, they brought Norah's birthday gift over since they weren't able to make it today. She LOVED it, it's a bubble lawn mower. Well, she loved it, when Amelia would actually let her play with it.

Happy Birthday Norah Belle, We love you very much!

I Elfed us!

I never did it last year, and thought, hey why not....I will Elf us.

Christmas is has arrived!

Merry Christmas everyone!

We had our first Christmas party of the season this weekend. We had our family party with my moms side. Everyone went to my moms house on Saturday at 11:00, we had a ton of great food and drinks. The girls were spoiled rotten with gifts, and loved every bit of it.

Mom decided we would keep it light, so we had soups and sandwiches. However, if you knew my mom it wouldn't be simple. We had my moms famous mushroom soup, Gracie's soupy beans, a variety of lunch meats, cheeses and breads to make a sandwich of choice. My aunt made this wonderful salad and we all ate it all up. TASTY! Oh and the best part....the Trifle that Bryan and I made....Oh yes, very good.

I love the holidays because I just don't get to see my extended family as much as I would like. They all live about 2 hours away, so it's hard to get together on a regular basis. The holidays we all know that we will see each other and I look forward to it each year. family is the best....love them or not, they are family, and you have to love that, and yes, I love my family!!!!

Here are a few photos of the day.

We "tried" to get a family picture....we have two wiggle worms.
Amelia being cheezy.....
My handsome hubby.
My cousins, Leah and Garrett, holding Maggie.
Garrett loving on his mom, My aunt Cheri.
Matt and Fee.
Norah, super happy.
I thought this was a cute picture....everyone looking at Maggie.
Oh yes....Heaven in a bowl.

Rhiley.

I had the chance to baby-sit Miss Rhiley the other day, while her mom was getting training for her new job. My girls were sleeping most of the time that Rhiley was here, so Rhiley and I had some one-on-one time. Which to tell you the truth, was pretty nice. She is such a good little girl, and loves to just be curious and play.

She Loves to pose for the camera I found out a while back, so I knew I could get a few pictures of her. I was able to get quite a few cute ones...... She is such a sweetie, and so photogenic.

Christmas-time phots, Oh and Sissy too.

I was at my moms helping her put up her Christmas decorations yesterday. I pulled out my camera to take a few photos. Some of them turned out neat.

While at my moms, her cat was hanging out close...she is usually hiding when I'm there. She was watching everything we were doing from the stairs. I started to take some pictures and she started to pose for me....really. It was pretty humorous. Here is Sissy the cat. (yeah, I know, stupid name isn't it?)

Shot on the Spot.

Shanna at 3 little birds and Lee at mysentimentexactlee nominated me for the shot on the spot. The thing is, I am to take a picture of myself right away....no changing clothes, no adding makeup....NOTHING.

Well Lucky for me I had just did my hair and make up right before I checked my messages,(I'm going to a movie with my friend) so I had Bryan take a picture of me.....along with the girls.

Here we are:

I am to Nominate a few people now.

Getting the girls from Grandma and Papas house tonight.

We had to drive up to my parents house this afternoon to pick up the girls....they were with my parents all weekend....since we were doing wedding stuff.

The drive was pretty because it SNOWED a ton last night! It was a blizzard during the wedding and reception!!! It really was very pretty.....and luckily the roads weren't to bad today.....just snow covered. Just something you have to get used to living in Michigan.

Just like mama.....yup, just like Mama. She loves to wear my shoes.Miss Belle.
She is going to be walking VERY soon....I just know it.
This is the latest...she just looks at you with those gray/green eyes and wants to be held. Super cute.
Mulligan, my parents dog. He LOVES the snow!
