Let's start on Thursday. That evening after Bryan got off work we drove up to my mom and dads house to have dinner, cake and ice cream for my birthday. Mom made me cheeseburgers, waldorf salad, potato chips, chocolate cake and rootbeer floats. It was SO good! Not one calorie in all of it either! :)
We hung out a bit, I received some nice gifts from my mom and dad, Jake and Gracie, and Matt and Fee. Um, Yes, I was spoiled!

Friday. Friday was my actual Birthday....Yup, I'm the grand age of 34 now! Bryan took a Half day off from work and we went to visit the nicest family. I had met this woman, her name is Patty Yoder in the hair salon a month or so back. She looked VERY familiar to me, we chatted a bit and I kept trying to figure out how I knew her, but in the end, I think she just looks like someone else I know. Anyway, she gave me her business card and I stuck it in my purse and kept it. Patty is an animal LOVER and come to find out, she owns a beautiful home and farm in Dowagiac, I called her up and asked if we could come out for a visit. So we did.
Patty and her husband own "Stables at the Patch" which is a little slice of heaven on earth. What an amazing place! They have Horses, a donkey, two Alpaca's, a Llama, an awesome bird named Cog and One Super cool dog, Blu. Between Patty and her son in law we had the grand tour of the Beautiful farm and stables. Let me tell you, this place was grand, and gourgous! They have an indoor and outdoor riding arena, huge posh stables and hundreds of acres! A lovely pond and streem, that flows though the property.
Bryan, the girls and I had such a nice time petting and feeding the animals. I took a ton of photos to show off to you all.

Cog the bird. He was so cool...he just hung out on Patty's shoulder...he even rides on the dogs back. It' was pretty neat.

After the farm, Bryan and I dropped off the girls at my moms and Bryan and I went out for drinks with some of our friends. We went to Trio' this jazz bar in South Bend. It's an awesome place! We heard some great music, and the service was great!

Saturday we lounged and hung out most of the day. So not much to share from that day. It was nice to have a day off....and no, we didn't have a hang over. We really didn't have that much to drink. It was a nice fun evening.
Sunday though however we were back on schedule. We went to a Detroit Tigers game at Comarica Park. What fun that was. I hadn't been to the new park yet. It was a blast! We went with Jake and Gracie and Matt and Fee. Mom and Dad were supposed to go....however that is a whole soap opera in it's self. We had a pretty great time anyway, and the girls loved it. It was their first

The girls got to go on a Merry-go-round ride. What a treat it was for Amelia. Norah on the other hand, HATED it! SCREAMED the whole time!
I would be scared of these faces too!

Monday was Memorial day. We all got up early, and went to town to watch the Memorial day Parade. We met Sara, Taylor and Rhiley there and we all watched the parade together. It was a nice morning for a parade. All in all it was a nice day all, after the parade, we just came home and relaxed and hung out. Quiet day.
Waiting for it to start.

Happy Belated Birthday!!! You look amazing! so happy and glowing. I LOVE the first set of shots of Nora!! gorgeous. What a fun birthday.. how did your girls do during the game? We really want to take the girls to a Cubs game but I'm not sure if they'd sit through it? (although they can prob stand/move around and atleast don't have to be quiet?)
